In this blog, I will explain the method to Convert Exchange 2013 Mailbox to Shared Mailbox
Using EAC – One Click Solution:
First open EAC and then click on receipts >> select Mailbox that you want to share >> Click on Convert to Shared Mailbox
You will be informed the completion of complete conversion.
For that, at first click on the shared tab >> select the shared mailbox >> Click on Convert to Regular Mailbox
